I can do this because I've 30 years of marketing and business experience (although I don't feel like I should be that old!).  In my career I’ve worked with some big brand names (including at a senior level for the UK start-up of eBay and the BBC) as well as with small business owners as a freelance marketing consultant.

I’ve worked at a strategic level but also at the 'coal face' writing copy and content, social media, setting up email automations, reviewing branding and messaging and worked with lots of digital tech.  So I want to help my clients (many of whom, like me, weren’t born in the digital generation), feel as comfortable as possible doing the same.

And I particularly love working with people like me; 40+ with the ambition to create freedom and opportunity!  Yes, we have monetary goals, but my approach is that it shouldn't be at the expense of our quality of life. Why are we doing it otherwise?

I'm an accredited (CPD and Level 5 IAPC&M) Conscious Business Consultant which means I've trained in and am qualified to use proven systems and frameworks that have already helped thousands of small businesses to start and scale.

Throw into the mix that I'm also an accredited NLP Coach and qualified in energy clearing techniques and you'll see that with my toolkit of skills and expertise when you work with me we’ll address the ‘whole you’ to clear any blocks, address any mindset niggles and nail that balanced business strategy.

Good question!   There are so many business strategies that work; it's about knowing what will work for YOU and the life you want to create that counts.

You need someone who can help you to create the right strategy for a thriving business that suits you and your stage of life based on sound business and marketing experience. 

Importantly, I don't just teach what might have worked for me (which so many 'business coaches' do).  I blend mentoring and business strategy to help you to develop a successful business model that's right for you based on my skills and experience in a way that provides guidance and support whilst keeping things simple and minimising the overwhelm in a beautifully balanced way - because what's the point of burning out on our path to abundant potential!  

And that can include energy clearing if that's the right option for you to clear any blocks that stand in your way to abundant success.

Your business is not the same as anyone else's - it's unique and needs a unique approach.

My Mission is to give women the confidence and skills to create a balanced business that will change their lives for good without the overwhelm.

The Values which guide my business are

Curiosity + Empowerment + Authenticity + Balance.  

Curiosity - I'm a life-long learner and my business is always open to new ideas, opportunities and development.  

Empowerment - I’m motivated to empower women like me to feel like they have a choice at midlife. It's not always easy (I understand that too).  But if you're brave enough to take this path, I'll be there with you.  

Authenticity - We don't do 'bro-marketing' or flashy Instagram socials with perfect hair.  If you want honest, authentic advice (with a dash of good humour) to build your business in a sustainable, aligned way with solid foundations - you're in the right place.  

Balance - I steer away from overwhelm and burnout (been there) and towards achieving a healthy work/life balance.  That can mean working smartly (hello tech!) and simply being guided by what feels aligned to you.  

And I believe in building a business that has diversity, inclusion and equity at its core.
